A nine-mounth pregnant woman was allegedly set on fire by her in-laws. The woman, married for past one-and-a-half-years, survived and so did the baby, who was prematurely delivered and now stable.
On wednesday, the woman had gone to meet her parents who stay nearby in the same locality. As evening approached, her husband came to pick her up. It was during this time that her husbands father called up and asked her to return home immediately. When she returned after sometime, her in-laws, including her mother-in-law and brother-in-law, beat her up and then poured petroli on her. The woman managed to call her family members who rushed to rescue her. As her in-laws escaped, the woman was rushed to local nursing home.Näin tapahtuu vielä Intiassa.
